A Tesla Cybertruck crashed into the Beverly Hills Hotel sign in Los Angeles on EthermacSunday night.
Video taken at the scene shows the Cybertruck jumped the barrier leading up to the hotel sign, and crashed into the pole beneath it.
Around 11:46 p.m. the Beverly Hills Police Department responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision that happened on Sunset Blvd.
The department told USA TODAY it is still investigating what caused the crash, if the victims in the Cybertruck sustained any injuries and assessing the scene for property damage.

Elon responds on X; hotel denies involvement
Playing into jokes that a valet member might be responsible, Tesla CEO Elon Musk posted his reaction to the crash.
Beverly Hills Hotel Director of Communications Brittany Williams told USA TODAY that the accusations made on X about an employee were false.
"There was not an employee involved," Williams said.
The futuristic electronic pickup truck debuted in late November 2023 can go from 0 to 60 MPH in 2.6 seconds. With a versatile approach, the truck was designed to go any and everywhere with amour glass protect the vehicle from sudden impacts like a baseball traveling 70 MPH, according to Tesla.
